Presented results of the INHERIT project

Parks Dinarides – the network of protected areas of Dinarides held an online webinar presenting the project “INHERIT – sustainable tourism strategies in the protection and valorisation of the natural heritage of the Mediterranean coast and coastline” which is implemented through the Interreg MED program.

The aim of the webinar was to present tourism strategies and promote sustainable tourism activities in areas of natural heritage, solving the pressures of intense tourist flows, seasonality and excessive capacities in coastal and coastal tourist destinations of the Mediterranean.

In addition to the project coordinator of Parks Dinarides, the speaker was Ana Marija Vukčević from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia. The participants of the webinar had the opportunity to get to know the goals of this project, as well as the project activities of sustainable tourism that were implemented in ten partner countries of the Mediterranean.
