Qualitative Research Conducted on Cooperation Between Protected Areas and Local Communities

Parks Dinarides – Protected Areas Network of the Dinarides, in cooperation with the Defacto Agency, conducted a qualitative research on the mechanisms and modalities of cooperation between protected area managers and local communities. Regional unity strengthened for large carnivore conservation  

Parks Dinarides- network of protected areas of Dinarides participated in the annual conference of the Dinaric-Balkan-Pindos Large Carnivore Platform (#DiBaPi), held from 19–22 May 2025 in Ioannina, Greece. The event brought together experts and representatives from governmental institutions and the civil sector from across the region. Study Visit to Croatia: Exchange of Experiences on Participatory Management of Protected Areas
